Angostura Phosphate

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ ounces Angostura rum (New Orleans rum can substitute)
1 ounce Angostura bitters
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce 1:1 simple syrup
½ small tasting spoon St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
2 small tasting spoons acid phosphate

METHOD:  Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Serve straight up.
